What are the communication challenges for the Belmond brand?
Our ambition was to create a platform to harbour and showcase our 50 properties around the world, support the global communications network, further strengthen the brand's online footprint, and com nunicate effectively both visually and informatively.
 
What does the project to digitise your press relations consist of?
Consolidating our Belmond property details and assels on a centralized platform with dedicated account managers around the world.
 
Why did you choose Epresspack's software?
Epresspack's software is a great way to manage and share our global news - events, launches, acquisitions, partnerships, and more. It also has the capacity to grow with the brand, should we wish to develop further pages for video conferencing or to promote ambassadors for example, and has allowed our local teams to feel empowered when creating and managing their content.
 
What are the results?
Online since mid-2021, the platform has not yet hit its stride, we are still looking to launch in another 6 languages. However, we have published over 200 press releases in 1 vear and have had 29,000 unique page visitors for 80,000 page views. Internally; the platform has been a great success, facilitating a structured communications strategy; allowing us to gain in productivity and responsiveness.
